April showers may bring May flowers, but for many in the area the month of April brought the opportunity to buy or sell real estate property.
According to RocketHomes.com, homes in Lawrence County sold in April 2023 for 8.0% more than they did a year ago and, more specifically, homes in Ellwood City have sold for 8.1% more than they did last April.
